Locally Made Rocket Lands near Homes in Beit Hanoun, Injures Two Children

At approximately 4.
30pm on Saturday 20 December 2008 a locally made rocket landed near homes east to the Industrial Zone, south of Beit Hanoun town, injuring two children who were playing near their homes.
The children were identified as 9-year-old Sari Manna' Al-Sama'neh and 8-yearold Safi Eid Al-Sama'neh.
Medical sources in Beit Hanoun Hospital said their wounds as critical and that they were transferred to the intensive care unit at Shifa Hospital in Gaza city.
