The belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces kill 6 Palestinian civilians and injure tens others

Yesterday, 30/3.
2001, the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces opened fire on Palestinian civilians in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, killing six of them and injuring tens other.
In Ramallah and Nablus, these forces used poisonous gas and opened fire from heavy machineguns at Palestinian civilians.
As a result, six Palestinian civilians were killed.
Theses are:  Ayish Mostafa Zamil; 19years, Der al-Hatab, Injured in the head with live ammunition.
Ahmad Mahmoud Abu Maraheel; 16years, Balata, Injured in the neck with live ammunition.
Sha’ban Sa’id Abu Salloum; 21years, Balata, Injured in the head with live ammunition.
Morad Sharee’a; 20years, Balata, Injured in the head with live ammunition.
Khalid an-Nahla; 27years, Nablus.
Mohammed Abd al-Mohsin al-Wawy; 21years, Betonia.
In the same incidents, 26 other Palestinian civilians were injured.
In Hebron, these forces shelled a number of the city’s residential neighborhoods with heavy artillery.
This includes, Abu Sneineh and at-Takroury neighborhoods.
In the same context, Israeli settlers set fire to a number of houses and shops owned by Palestinians in the old city of Hebron.
As a result, 18 Palestinian civilians were injured.
In Tulkarm, the belligerent Occupation Forces positioned in the Military Coordination Center located to the west of Tulkarm, shelled the western and southern neighborhoods of the city with heavy artillery and machineguns.
Two shells directly hit a water pump and an electricity transformer located in the city center.
As a result, the electricity transformer caught on fire and exploded, leading to cut off electricity in the city.
In Jericho, the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces shelled Qasr Hisham and Palestine neighborhoods with heavy machineguns last night.
As a result, a number of houses were heavily damaged.
This includes damage of water reservoirs and windows.
In the Gaza Strip, these forces opened fire on unarmed Palestinian civilians near at- Tuffah Checkpoint near Khan Younis, al- Muntar passage near Gaza, Bait Hanoun passage near Bait Hanoun, and Nitsareem junction south of Gaza.
As a result, hundreds of Palestinian civilians were injured.

This mourning, Israeli soldiers positioned in two military tanks near an-Nour mosque in Rafah, opened fire on unarmed Palestinian civilians.
As a result, two girls were injured.
These are: The two and a half- year- old Samar Abu Jazar, who was injured in the right foot.
The seven- year- old Wala’ Mahmoud Abu E’baid, who was injured in the right thigh.
In the same incident, Shakir Shaheen, an ambulance driver was injured in the left arm while trying to move the injured girls away from the scene.

AL-MEZAN Center for Human Rights stresses that the new Israeli escalation is the result of the continued international silence in respect to the massacres committed by the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces against the Palestinians.
AL-MEZAN warns that this will encourage the Israelis to even commit more massacres against the unarmed Palestinian people.
