At approximately 16:30 on Wednesday, 29 Jan. 2020, members of the Internal Security Apparatus arrested Arafat Hillis, 47, resident of Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza Governorate. He is known to be a member of the Palestinian Authority’s Preventive Security Force. Field investigations indicate that plain-clothed members of the Internal Security Apparatus, traveling in a white vehicle, arrested Arafat in the vicinity of the Mughni area, east of Al-Shujaiya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
