At 11:30am on Monday, 19 March 2018, Israeli naval forces opened fire at Palestinian fishermen sailing off the coast of Al Waha area, to the northwest of Beit Lahia city in North Gaza governorate. Israeli forces pumped wastewater onto the boats of fishermen and chased a number of them. Fishermen had to stop their work and escape the sea in fear. No casualties were reported.
