At 7:10pm on Thursday, 8 March 2018, the dead body of Sh.A., 15, arrived at Indonesia Hospital in North Gaza. Her parents had found her tying a rope around her neck, which caused her death, on the roof of their house in Al Ajarema street in Jabalia refugee camp. Forensic doctors confirmed her death as a result of hanging. The police also investigated the incident and reported the same conclusions. It is worth mentioning that Sh.A. had been suffering mentally and had previously tried suicide.
