At approximately 6:50 am on Tuesday, 9 May 2017, Israeli planes sprayed herbicides at agricultural fields that are located about 400 meters away from the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel. The fields are located in Kesofem area northeast Al Qarara village, eastern Khan Younis.
In their affidavits to Al Mezan, a number of farmers stated that they saw farming planes spraying chemicals at agricultural files that are 400 meters away from the separation fence north Al Qarara village. The planes moved to the north to the middle Gaza district. The spraying lasted at about 9:00 am on the same day.
