At approximately 6:00 pm on Monday, 30 May 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian farmers who were in their farms in the Malaka area east of Al Zaiytoun neighborhood southeast Gaza City. No casualties or injuries were reported.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Palestinian farmers were about 300 meters away from the separation fence when the IOF opened fire at them. Farmers were terrified and abandoned their work.
