At approximately 1:00 pm on Thursday, 21 April 2016, Hammad Deeb Doghmosh, 35, resident of Al Sabra neighborhood in Gaza, died after sustaining a bullet wound in his chest. According to Al Mezan’s available information, Hammad was at Al Zahraa city when a fight broke out between him and two men from Al Zahraa on the issue of land ownership. Fire arms were used in the fight, and Hammad sustained an injury. He was transported to Al Quds Hospital in Gaza where he was pronounced dead. The police opened an investigation into the incident and arrested the suspects; the case was transferred to the prosecution in Deir Al Balah.
