at approximately 5:00pm on Thursday, 23 July 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) positioned at the eastern separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel, arrested Mohammed Yousif Mohammed Al Qanoua’ and took him to Ashkelon Prison. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Al Qanou’s relatives received a call from the IOF informing them that Mohammed was arrested at the evening on the same day. Al Qanoua’ lives in Izbet Abed Rabbo in Jabalia, North Gaza district. He was trying to sneak over the separation fence to find a job.
