At approximately 5:20 pm on Friday, 24 April 2015, Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened sporadic fire and launched tear gas canisters at tens of people who were near the border fence east of Al Snati area, east of Abasan Al Kabeera village. Shooting fire for two hours resulted in the injury of the child Fadi Ibrahim Mohammed Msabbeh, 17, who sustained a bullet and shrapnel in his hands and legs. He was carried to the Gaza European Hospital where his injury was described as moderate.
