(24 Jun 2014): Al Mezan's Director, Issam Younis, speaking at the Human Rights Council's 26th session in Geneva today.
Mr.
Younis spoke at the HRC's session and delivered an oral statement on behalf of Al Mezan.
The statement highlighted the situation in the Gaza Strip under Israel's unlawful closure/blockade and denounced the impunity Israel accords to its military and political personnel allegedly involved in grave violations of international law, and the obstacles Israel erects before Palestinian victims who seek reparation from Israel due to injuries and damages sustained in unlawful armed attack by the Israeli army.
