At approximately 4:50 pm on Tuesday 11 March 2014, an explosion took place in a house in Beit Hanoun in North Gaza district.
As a result, three persons were killed.
Al Mezan has identified them as follows:
Mohammed Tyaseer Ismail Hamdeen, 25, resident of the house,
Ja’far Hamza Odwan, 22; and
Kareem Ali Hamad, 22.
Eight other people were injured.
Medical sources at Shifa hospital described the injuries of two as critical; one of them is resident of the house.
Among the injuries two women and two children, medical sources in Beit Hanoun hospital described their injuries as moderate.
The three-story was totally damaged and eight other adjacent houses were partially damaged.
