At approximately 6:30 am on Monday 17 February 2014, seven Israeli tanks moved under sporadic covering fire about 150 meters into the industrial area- the previously destroyed- west of Erez crossing in northwest of Beit Hanoun in North Gaza district.
As a result, farmers who were in their farms in north Om An-Naser Bedouin village and east of Beit Lahiya abandoned their farms.
