At approximately 1:30 pm on Friday 20 December 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a group of Palestinian young men who were near the Islamic cemetery east of Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
Two men and a child from Jabaliya refugee camp were injured.
Al Mezan identified their names as follows:
Deyaa’ An-Natoor, 17, who sustained a bullet wound in his left leg;
Ali Khalil, 20, who sustained a bullet wound in his left thigh; and
Mohammed Ayyob, 23, who sustained a bullet wound in his right leg, causing a fracture.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described the injury of the first two persons as minor while the third person his injury was described as moderate.
