Police Shaves Hair for Three Men in Gaza City

The Gaza’s police shaved hair for three young men who were selling cigarettes in a park in Al Shatee’ refugee camp.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, at approximately 6:00 pm on Monday 15 April 2013, Gaza’s police detained Abdel Qannas Ghaben, 17, while he was selling cigarettes in Al Shatee parking.
The police took him to the station and shaved his hair before releasing him.
At approximately 3:00 pm on the same day, Gaza’s police detained Mohammed Kamel Tawfeq, 18, while he was selling cigarettes in Al Shatee parking.
The police took him to the station and shaved his hair before releasing him.
In a separate incident, at approximately 7:00 pm on Tuesday 9 April 2013, Gaza’s police detained Jameel Abdel Madfa’, 19, while he was selling cigarettes in Al Shatee parking.
