On Sunday, 24 March 2013, at approximately 10:00 a.m., a military court in Gaza has sentenced 23-year F. A. to death by hanging after he was found guilty of collaborating with “hostile entities”. According to Al Mezan’s field investigation, the defendant, who is a resident of the Jabaliya refugee camp, north of Gaza, was imprisoned on 8th March 2011.
