At approximately 5:00 pm on Saturday 5 January 2013, Kahlid Mohammed Saleem Al Mghari, 15, was admitted to Al Aqsa Hospital after sustaining wounds in the left hand and face. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Khalid and his sister Ruqaiya, 4, were playing in their home in block 10 in Al Bueij refugee camp. Ruqaiya sustained minor injury and received medical treatment in her home.
