At approximately 7:00 pm on Saturday 1 September 2012, Hussam ‘Atef Subuh, 15, was admitted to Kamal Odwan Hospital after sustaining a bullet wound in the back. Medical sources described his injury as light. It reported that the bullet hit him from above. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, the boy was near his house in Al Amal neighbourhood in Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district when he was injured.
