At approximately 9:45 pm on Tuesday 3 April 2012, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire and launched two artillery shells at a Palestinian minor who had approached the separation fence east of the Islamic Martyrs cemetery, east of Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
Hashem Mesbah Sa’ad, 17, was killed as a result.
According to medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital, the boy sustained multiple shrapnel wounds in different parts of the body.
He lay wounded for long hours after being hit, which led to his death.
