BETHLEHEM (Ma'an) -- A man who shot dead a female relative in a Gaza hospital is claiming the murder was to preserve 'family honor' to reduce his punishment, a rights group said Monday.
Gaza-based Al-Mezan Center for Human Rights says the suspected killer employed the so-called honor motivation to 'escape judicial punishment.
