At approximately 11:00 am on Tuesday 11 October 2011, the High Military Court in the Gaza strip sentenced Rebhi Ahmed Rebhi Badawi, 35, from Ash-Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in the north of Gaza City, to death after conviction on charges of spying for the Israeli Occupation Forces.
At approximately 11:00 am on Wednesday 12 October 2011, the High Military Court in the Gaza Strip sentenced Belal Sa’ady Al Masri, 22, from Beit Lahiya, in North Gaza district, and Jehad Abdullah As Sabea’, 23, from the town of Ash Sheikh Zayed in North Gaza district, to death.
In connection with the same matter, the High Military Court sentenced Siaff Ad-Deen Mahmoud Abu Baker, 21, from the town of Ash-Sheikh Zaid in North Gaza district, to four years’ imprisonment.
The four persons were sentenced after being convicted of detonation of an explosive device resulting in the killing of one person and the injury of others.
