At approximately 8:28pm on Thursday 24 March 2011, Israeli jet planes fired four missiles at the police investigation unit office premises, west of Jabalia town, in North Gaza district.
As a result, the building was completely destroyed and dozens of adjacent houses and public facilities were partially damaged.
One person was slightly injured.
According to Al Mezan's field investigation, the attack took place under heavy rains.
People who were in their homes had their windows closed.
As a result, dozens of windowpanes of adjacent houses were destroyed.
Civilians were terrified.
