At approximately 3:30pm on Wednesday 2 March 2011, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at Palestinian farmers who were in their fields in the Al Ahmar area near the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel, east of Beit Hanoun.
No casualties or injuries were reported, but the firing scared farmers and they abandoned their farms.
