At app. 10am on Wednesday 3 November 2010, a policeman shot at two workers of the Bkheit spice shop, which is owned by the Bkheit family and located in the Al Shati' refugee camp west of Gaza City. According to eyewitnesses, the policeman fired at Abdel Aziz As-Souri, 24, killing him, and Mohammed Naji Abdel Jalil Ghbun, 22, wounding him in the chest Both victims are from the Al Shati' refugee camp. The motives behind the incident remain unknown. The police arrested the perpetrator for interrogation.
