10am on Friday 2 April 2010, masked and armed men kidnapped Mohammed Abed Kamil Mdouhk, 31, who lives in the An-Nasir neighborhood.
Mdouhk is an employee of the Ramallah government.
He was kidnapped while he was on his way home after paying a visit to his friend in the same neighborhood.
When he reached his home, a white Nisan bus stopped and three masked and armed men got out of the bus and forced Mdoukh to get in.
Then they took him to unknown area and hand cuffed and blind folded him.
They asked him about his relation to Ramallah government and whether he was in communication with it or not.
They also asked him about his friends and neighbors.
They severely beat him while interrogating him.
Three hours later, they took him to unknown area and ordered him to go home.
When he asked them to untie his hand cuffs and to unfold his eyes, one of them stabbed him in him in the groan.
Then they left the area.
One of the residents of that area found Mdoukh.
He untied him, took off his blindfold him and told him that he was in the Az-Zarqa area in the North Gaza District.
Mdoukh phoned his family who came and admitted him to Shifa Hospital for medical treatment.
The kidnappers stole Mdoukh's mobile phone and 450 shekels
