6:45am on Wednesday 31 March 2010, two armed men driving a white Mitsubishi car opened fire on Nasrullah Khalil Ahmed Garghoun, 33, while he was walking with his uncle, Mansour Ahmed Garghoun, near the Sheikh Nasir neighborhood in the east of Khan Younis.
As a result, Nasrullah Khalil Ahmed Garghoun was shot by two bullets in the right thigh and the abdomen.
He was admitted to Nasir Hospital for medical treatment and doctors described his injuries as moderate.
According to the affidavit given to Al Mezan Centre by Nasrullah, the assailants were his cousins and they are Hasan and Ayman Garghoun.
He also said that this incident was a revenge-related feud.
According to an affidavit from the police director, the police opened investigations and arrested the assailants who are still under investigation.
