11:30am on Thursday 25 March 2010, representatives of the Gazan Ministry of Health went to the Red Crescent Society (PRCS) office in Tal Al Hawa neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
They asked the general director, Dr.
Khalid Juda to hand over the keys of the PRCS offices.
Juda refused to do so.
In the light of this, PRCS staff left their offices to protest against handing over the keys and leaving their offices.

Then the representatives phoned the police who came accompanied by other representatives of Gazan Ministry of Health.
The representatives met Dr.
Juda while the police arrested four staff members.
Al Mezan identifies their names as follows:
· Omar Al Azaiza, an administrative officer;
· Ibrahim Abu Al Khair, pharmacist;
· Iyhab Mosa Abu Hassan, pharmacist; and
· Ibrahim Bakir, medical store guardian.
The meeting between Dr.
Juda and the representatives of the Gazan Ministry of Health is still going on until this piece of news is published.
