IOF kill Abu Ataya, Leader of Popular Resistance Committees in Palestine and three of his fellows

On June 8th, at approximately 11.
20 pm, Israeli military helicopters shelled four missies at a Popular Resistance Committees post located in south-east of Rafah, killing Jamal Ataya Abu Samhadana, 43 and three of his fellows Nedal Musa, 21, Mohammad Atia, 23, and Ahmad Marjan, 28.
Al Mezan's fieldworkers reported that IOF military planes flying over the Gaza Strip fired two missiles on a vacant area in north Beit Lahia at 1am on June 9th.
Al Mezan strongly condemns the assassination which occurred within strings of war crimes committed against Palestinians in breach of International Law, most notably the Fourth Geneva Convention Relative to the Protection of Civilians Persons in a Time of War.
Al Mezan stresses on the importance to punish who commanded the military actions and committed war crimes and calls upon the International Community to intervene in order to provide protection to Palestinians and halt IOF increasing war crimes.
