25 military vehicles, entered the eastern parts of Al Shaja'ia neighborhood under the cover of helicopters and fighter jets on 26 August at approximately 11:00pm,, and stationed themselves in the industrial area of Karni Crossing, as well as opposite the entrance of Al Mansoura Street in Al Shaja'ia. They subsequently created high piles of sands in the area, under extensive machinegun fire.
