On 19 February 2007, at app. 11am, gunmen deployed in Salah Eddine Main St. where they erected two barriers in both directions and inspected cars. Half an hour later, gunmen stopped Anas Al Hessi, 33, a teacher on his way to work. There is no available information on his whereabouts. This incident occurred within the context of protests by guards of the former settlement to employ them within security apparatuses.
