On 9/5/2007, at approximately 12:00, members of the Palestinian security safeguarding the Palestinian Telecommunication Company in Gaza, opened fire at Mohammed Faisal Barbakh, 35, and hit him in his legs. The shots were fired after Barbakh's attempted to attack some employees and the director of the company following a misunderstanding that had occurred between them.
