At app. 11:30 on the 20th of June 2007, family armed men kidnapped Monir Hamed Doghmosh, 29, resident of As Sabra neighborhood, while he was driving his car close to Arafat City for Police. The armed men intercepted Doghmosh's car and opened fire in the air, injuring Mahmmoud Wishah, 38. Two hours later, Doghmosh was found dead in Az Zaitoun neighborhood of Gaza.
