On 22 July 2007, at app 16:45, an IOF helicopter fired a rocket at a group of youths gathered in eastern Al Banat area, southeast Beit Hanoun, but no casualties were reported as the rocket landed in an open area. Those youths escaped to the west of the area, but the IOF again fired a ground-to-ground rocket at them killing Abd Ar Rahman Jamil Al Kafarna, 21, and Mohammed Hisham Abu Seif, 23.
