At approximately 10am on Monday, 30 July 2007, members of Hamas' military wing, Ezadin Al Qassam brigades, seized a Jeep owned by Moussa Abu Sa'ada, who is the former mayor of te town of Bani Suheila near Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip. According to the information available to Al Mezan, Abu Sa'ada was stopped while driving in the Seka Street in Khan Younis, and forced surrender the jeep. On 14 July 2007, Al Qassam had seized Abu Sa'ada's jeep, but gave it back to him after he had shown them the documents that prove his ownership.
