At approximately 3am, on15 August 2007, Qassam Brigades gunmen arrested four Fateh members from Al Sgaboura Neighborhood, in Rafah. Those arrested have been identitified as: Rami Abdul Rhman Saleh Al Je'di, 25 Ismail Mousa Nassar, 20 Ahmed Salem, 24 The four young men were beaten and interrogated on the distribution of a statement on behalf of Sameeh Madhoun groups and their activities within the Fatah movement. They were released at approximately 5.30am on the same day.
