Qassam Brigades base shelled in Rafah

45pm, on Tuesday 21 August 2007, an Israeli scouting jet fired a missile at a base for Izz-Ddin Al Qassam Brigades in the northwest of Rafah town.
22-year-old Ramzi Omer Al Messhal was injured by shrapnel wounds to different parts of his body in this attack, and has been reported to have sustained moderate injuries
