At approximately 2.30pm, on Tuesday 21 August 2007, 11-year-old Mahmoud Muhmmad Al Jazzar, was injured by shrapnel wounds to his left hand and leg, as he played with a suspected device which exploded close to his house in Yibna neighborhood, in southern the Gaza Strip.
