Short Link:
At approximately 10pm on 25 Saturday 2007, members of the Executive Force (EF) broke into the house of Sakhir Abu Oun, the director of the French Press Agency office in Gaza and member of the Journalists Syndicate, to arrest him.
A serious debate occurred between the EF and Sakher's brother.
As journalists arrived at Sakhir's house in the Ar Rimal neighborhood of Gaza City, the EF handed him a summon note.
According to Abu Oun, the summon note came regarding a statement given by him to Palestine TV on the freedom of press and the assaults against journalists by the EF.
