On 24 and 25 August 2007, members of the Executive Force arrested 15 Fateh members from Ad Daraj and At Tuffah neighborhoods in Gaza.
The 15 men were accused of being behind the organization of the march that took place in AL Jondi Al Majhoul area, and that they called for insurgence and sedition.
The EF released them on the 25th of August after beating them and forcing them to sign written pledges preventing them from speaking to the media or calling for instigation.
The pledge indicated that a fine of three thousand JD be paid in case of any breach of these obligations.
