At app.10.30 on 20 October 2007, 51-year-old Hayam Ahmed Saqer was killed as a live bullet entered her heart in armed clashes in Rafah between members of Al Qassam and Saraya Al Quds Brigades. Fifteen others were injured in these clashes, which commenced at. app.8 in Tal As-Sultan neighborhood, and then spread widely in different areas of the town. Roadblocks were set up during the clashes and cars and ambulances were searched, the thing that threatened the life of those injured.
