At app.3am on 28 October 2007, unknown men sat fire to a jeep for the Civil Defense Directorate. The jeep was in the custody of Raed Ad-Dahshan, 35, a civil defense member. The incident occurred in the Az-Zitoun neighborhood of eastern Gaza city. No information is available regarding the motivations behind the incident or the identity of the perpetrators.
