11am, on 18/2/2008, medical sources from the European Gaza Hospital announced the death of Awni Mohammed Abu Taha, 45.
He died from injuries he sustained at app.
12:50pm, on 17/2/2008.
He was injured by a live bullet to the head when the IOF opened fire intensively from their military vehicles, stationed in eastern Rafah.
The IOF was carrying out an incursion in Al Shouka village.
In the same incident, Nawal Khalil Al Mughir, 40, was injured by a live bullet to the pelvis.
She was reported to have sustained serious injury.
That brings the number of people killed during this incursion to five.
Nine others were injured.
Some of them were reported to have sustained serious injury.
The IOF withdrew from the area at app.
