Three Killed by IOF Artillery Shelling in Khan Younis

7:55pm, on 6/3/2008, IOF tanks, stationed on the border near eastern Al Qarara village, fired six artillery shells and opened fire toward residential houses and agricultural land.
As a result, three young men were injured, who were on agriculture land about 500 meters from the border.
Medical crews were unable to reach them due to the dangerous situation in the area.
The three young men bled to death.

Medical crews were able to reach them at 5:00am the next day, and they were transferred to Nasser Hospital.
The victims were identified as: 19-year-old Fadi Ahmed Soliman Abu Hadaf, 18-year-old Saed Ali Salem Abu Hadaf, and 21-year-old Zakaria Soliman Atwa Al Amawi.

The shelling led to the destruction of a one-story house with an asbestos roof that belongs to 35-year-old Nasr Attwa Abu Awad.
The 120 square meter house was inhabited by a family of 7 individuals.
They evacuated when the situation became dangerous.
