IOF Kills One, Injures Another and Arrests Five in Khan Younis Incursion

1am, on 9 April 2008, IOF military vehicles penetrated about 800 meters into Al Qarara area under intensive fire.
As a result, 22-year-old Mohammed Fayez Shamia was shot by several bullets to his head and upper part of his body.

Another person was also injured.
He was reported to have sustained moderate injury and was transported to Nasser Hospital for treatment.
The IOF also arrested five citizens from the Mahna family and took them to an unknown destination.

6:30am, the IOF withdrew from the area and stationed along the border line in Eastern Al Qarara (in the vicinity of Kissofim).
