Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip announced the resume of study on 23/4/2008.
Dozens of citizens, including students and employees gathered in cab stands and crossroads.
Some citizens walked hundreds of meters in order to reach the center of the city due to the lack of cars in the city.
No cars were available even in the main cab stands in the city.
Consequently, citizens rushed towards any car moving in any direction, amid shouts, so as to reserve a place in the cars.
Seven-passenger cars are now carrying around 14 or 15 passenger as a result of the transportation crisis resulting from the lack of fuel
