9:30am, on 28 April 2008, IOF tanks, stationed in Qobet Om An Nasser area, fired ten artillery shells that landed in the vicinity of An Nada and Al Awda Towers.
One of the missiles hit the fourth floor of tower # "4" of An Nada Towers and another missile hit the seventh floor of tower # "7" of Al Awda towers.
However, no injuries were reported, but the shelling caused partial damages to apartments in the two towers.
The shelling spread panic among the residents, particularly children and women.
It is noteworthy, that the inhabitants of An Nada towers began to evacuate their apartments as they fear for their lives.
Also, the Ministry of Education evacuated Al Shahid Ahmed Al Shuqeiri Secondary School for Boys and Ezbet Beit Hanoun Elementary School for Refugees, in fear for the students' lives, as the two schools are located close to the areas of the incursion.
