Ibrahim Mustapha Subuh, 18, of al- Nusseirat refugee camp, was shot in the pelvic area at around 17:45 on Wednesday, 24 September 2008. The young man was shot in mysterious conditions. He was admitted to the Shuhada al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir el-Balah. Medical teams failed to save his life and he was announced dead. Police arrested a suspect, who is still under interrogation.
