On Sunday, 5 October 2008, at around 22:00, police found the body of Fawzi Jameel Ajjour, 40, of Al Rimal neighborhood near Al Shifa Hospital.
They found the body buried in yard at a house in al-Shijaiyah neighborhood in Gaza.
The body was covered with bruises and stab wounds.
The victim's family informed the police that their father disappeared after he had gone with someone to pick a flour bag from his house.
Ajjour used to work in money exchange in Falsastine Square.
The police therefore went to that person's house in al-Shijaiyah and interrogated the young man.
Later, they found the body buried at his house.
Information and evidence show that the motive behind the crime was theft.
