Two tanks and two military bulldozers penetrated into the border area in northeast Biet Hanoun at around 8:00am on Monday, 20 October 2008.
The force advanced nearly 150 meters inside the Palestinian territories.
It leveled the ground and searched the area with no obvious reason.
The force pulled back at around 14:00 on the same day without firing any shot or causing damage.
This is the first time the IOF penetrates a in limited area since the ceasefire on 19 June 2008.
