On Sunday evening, 9 November 2008, the Criminal Investigation Dept.
– Gaza sent two summon notes to Ahmad Shabat, 23, and Muhammad Naseer, 18, two activists of the Student Action Front of the PFLP.
They went to the police station at 9:00am on Monday, 10 November 2008.
They were held for five hours and released later after an intervention by the PFLP.
Field investigations show that the CID accused them of attempting to organize a student festival for the town's schools in memory of President Arafat.
